Notice of Credit Card Payment Changes

Due to online changes in compliance regulations, and to bring tighten security in line with best practices at online transactions, the bank terminals are applying new protocols for online transactions. These new policies for the use of credit cards and debit cards on online platforms are more strict with the only intention to thwart unauthorized card usage.

Now the transactions online that do not have the EXACT information registered at the issuer bank will be declined instantly. The developing team is working to provide a more user-friendly form to input the private information while complying with the required layers of security. In the meantime, incomplete names, wrong zip-codes/postal codes or old addresses will no longer be accepted into pending status.

To avoid a declined transaction, please make sure to put the name as printed on the card with the exact billing address associated with the card.

Time Honored Formulas is Back Online

We are deeply sorry for the inconveniences with our website. Our server suffered a terrible outage keeping us down for over 6 days, and it took us a lot to get hold of the technical support necessary to reconnect the server, so we were not able to process any orders online or receive the emails on a timely manner, our website is currently back on and we have taken extra measures to prevent another outage and keep our servers on.

We really appreciate your patience and we value our customers. Even though this may be consider a very common issue, in a pandemic time when not all workers are physically on site this disruption has cost us valuable time and most importantly the satisfaction of our customers.

After this experience we identified a number of things we should be doing better, like the way we communicate with our customers during a service disruption, so we will continue improving our protocols and work in conjunction of third-party monitoring services to avoid this kind of problems in the future.

USPS FIRST CLASS PACKAGE NO LONGER AVAILABLE

We want to inform to our valued customers that due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other relevant events in our current times, we are no longer issuing First Class Service packaging via USPS. From now on only insured packaging will be available at checkout for shipping options. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, but we want to guarantee our customers a fast and efficient shipment, easy to track and recover in case of any eventuality. NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS DUE TO COVID-19

To Our valued customers:

Safety is a big concern for us, and during these difficult times when there are still so many unknowns about the virus COVID-19, our directives have decided to follow the recommended CDC guidelines for our business, so we are suspending returns until further notice.

We cannot accept returns in the time being since we can’t guarantee the safety and cleanliness of the products that have been taken out of our warehouse. We understand that this is not going to be popular with our customers, but we owe you and our workers to be extra cautious, please note that these cautious approaches are likely to be temporary.

Nobody would want to handle a package that may be contaminated, and once our products leave our facility we cannot trace out or monitor how many people have touched the box or handle the products, it would be irresponsible for us to expose our workers, and we can’t just restock return products upon arrival, we follow a strict inspection protocol that must be evaluated and approved by our directives in order to approve a return, then clean and restock, so we can offer our customers the high quality they expect from us.

COVID-19 has put a lot of pressure on us and is forcing us to take these measures and we hope it remains temporal so we will keep supporting our customers giving you high quality products you can trust.

Time Honored Formulas is Back Online

To Our valued customers:

Thank you very much for using our online store services.
Due to Server Maintenance, the Server hosting Time Honored Formulas was down for a while but is now back online.
During the outage, connecting to our site was not possible, we apologize for any difficulties this may caused you and ask for your kind understanding and patronage. New features have been added to our site and we hope they won’t cause any discomfort to our customers, among these features we have to mention the following:

1.- Validation of emails is a must, since some of our customers were complaining about the delays of the notifications for the orders online, validation of emails are mandatory in order to comply with new online legislation. These validations act as an authorization from the customer for us to be able to write to your email in order to notify you about your purchases.

2.- reCAPTCHA on Registration, Login and Checkout. The reCAPTCHA is a tool to validate human interaction with a digital program, this is just an extra layer of protection to avoid automated system, virus, bots and spam worms to use our platform to generate thousands and thousands of unrequested emails.

3.- Integrated tracking numbers for USPS orders. Due to completion of an order, the tracking number issued by the USPS is now integrated in the completion invoice sent directly to the customer’s email. FedEx tracking numbers will continue to be sent prior delivery since FedEx offer customizable features in their company like delaying a delivery, holding a package on a nearest office, return to shipper, etc. while USPS do not.

REQUIRED ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

VERIFICATION NOTICE

We want to inform our customers that due to the multiple new protocols on internet for online communication resulting from the pandemic crisis worldwide, we must verify the authenticity of the online accounts, most users are verified due to their continued used of our websites, but for those with old accounts with none or low activity up to May 2019, will require verification of their emails. The inactive accounts will be automatically deleted after one (1) year of inactivity. This is a measure aimed to fix the notification problems on certain email platforms, and to integrate the tracking number notifications directly to the user’s emails.

The verification is a simple automatically generated message to confirm receipt of your order via the Internet. You do not need to reply to this e-mail, just clicking the safe link validates your account and it’s a one time requirement.

New shipping methods available

USPS Integration now available!

We are pleased to announce that finally we have the USPS service integration so you can choose your preferred sipping methods, including P.O. Boxes through US Postal service.

This service will be available exclusively online, and we want to thank all carriers working so hard to get your orders on their destinations during these difficult times, so we ask that you spread the word among your friends and family. COVID-19

At Time Honored Formulas the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the new strain of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.

We must remind our dear customers that we do not have a physical store, and we are still working hard to keep up with the demand. We will reserve the access to our facility only to essential personnel, some people find us on Internet and decide to give us a visit, but sadly we must take precautions, and for the time being we will no longer extend the courtesy to receive them at our front door.

We also understand that there may be instances where customers find themselves facing certain difficulties with the tracking notifications or out of stock products. We are working hard to help ease these problems, and we encourage customers who may be impacted to reach out to provide the information they may need. FedEx has issued a notification requesting to confirm that all recipients are going to be available to receive packages since returning packages and holding them at FedEx locations is both time and resource consuming.
