COVID-19

At Time Honored Formulas the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the new strain of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.

We must remind our dear customers that we do not have a physical store, and we are still working hard to keep up with the demand. We will reserve the access to our facility only to essential personnel, some people find us on Internet and decide to give us a visit, but sadly we must take precautions, and for the time being we will no longer extend the courtesy to receive them at our front door.

We also understand that there may be instances where customers find themselves facing certain difficulties with the tracking notifications or out of stock products. We are working hard to help ease these problems, and we encourage customers who may be impacted to reach out to provide the information they may need. FedEx has issued a notification requesting to confirm that all recipients are going to be available to receive packages since returning packages and holding them at FedEx locations is both time and resource consuming.
